One day a lion was sleeping in the
forest. The lion was big and strong. All the animals feared the lion without a
mouse. The mouse was playing nearby. Suddenly the mouse ran onto on the lion’s
nose and woke up. The lion became very angry with the mouse. The lion lifted
the mouse to his mouth and said, “I am going to eat you” The mouse said,
“Please, Mr. Lion. Let me go. I am your friend and one day I will help you. After
hearing this lion laughed and said, “You are very small. How can you help me?” But
the lion let the mouse go.
One month later the lion was
caught in a net of a lion-hunter. He
roared and roared to be free but no one came to help the lion. The mouse heard
the sound of the lion. She used her sharp teeth to cut the net. After cutting
the net by the mouse, the lion became free. The lion thanked the mouse and left
the place.
